CAGE WHEELS

Full Cage Wheel

Full cage wheels are used in paddy fields in the place pneumatic types to avoid the slippage .generally they are used in black and clay soils.
Half cage wheels-are used along with the pneumatic types in sandy red and gravel soils in paddy fields to avoid slippage . even it helps to pulverize the soil . which helps in cultivation of paddy fields.

CULTIVATOR

Cultivator is secondary tillage implement used after ploughing 2 mb plough or disc plough, to prepare the seed bed which will be ready for sowing (they will be manufactured in three models i.e. 7 , 9 ,11 tyne cultivator depending on the tractor HP)

12 Disc Harrow

12 Disc harrow is used after completing primary and secondary tillage to remove the left over weeds in the fields and to break the bigger clots is ready for sowing the seeds by which germination percentage of seeds will be increased.

2 MB PLOUGH

2MB Plough

2 MB plough-it is a primary tillage implement which is used to cultivate fallow lands and the fields where the crops are harvested and to go for deeper ploughing and the soil will be exposed to the sunlight and the leaves will be under the soil by which the restoration of the weeds and the left over plants.

10” tooth harrow is used in paddy fields after completing the secondary tillage to prepare the seed bed in tillage to prepare the seed bed in good levelled condition . for better germination of seeds.

PADDY REAPER

Paddy reaper is used for harvesting paddy and other cereal crops it only reap the crop and shift it to one side of the machine and it is allowed to dry in the field conditions later the crop will be fed to the thresher to separate the grains and hay.there are several factors why paddy reaper is best suiltable for,
–single man power
–reaping capacity 3000sqm-4000sqm
–fuel consumption-0.39 ltr/hr
–grain loss less than 1%
–8 hrs in1.6 hectares
–cost reduction
–time save.
as the farmer cannot afford paying high wages to labour,paddy reaper is preferable for a medium farmer , harvest timing is a critical decision that balances the likely weather conditions with the degree of crop maturity weather conditions such as frost ,Rain which results in wet harvest and unreasonably warm or cold periods can affect yield and quality.earlier harvest date may avoid damaging conditions, but results in poorer yield and quality . delaying harvest may result in a better harvest , but increases the rist of weather problems.crops like paddy , wheat, ragi , soya, sesame and grass. this minimizes cost of cultivation and increase productivity .

Rotovator is used in dry and wet lands to pulverise mud clots into fine material along with it will destroy the weeds and the crop residue left in the field, which will convert into green manure , there after the land will be ready for sowing the seeds for dry crops and in the wet lands , the field will be ready for transplantation.
